Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutomationSprint website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AutomationSprint is a trading name. For questions about these Terms, contact us at automationsprintai@outlook.com.
2. Services
AutomationSprint provides AI automation design and build services, UX audits, and AI revenue audits ("Services"). All Services are delivered remotely on a fixed-price, project-by-project basis.
3. Ordering and Payment
By submitting an order or enquiry through our website, you are expressing interest in our Services. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (including email).
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines stated on our website (e.g. 48 to 72 hours) are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe. Delivery timelines begin once we have received full payment and all required information from you.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
If we cannot identify a valuable automation opportunity during your sprint call, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the initial sprint call stage and does not extend to completed or partially completed work beyond that stage.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the deliverables created for you. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-confidential elements of the work in future projects.
All pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools used in delivery remain our property.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the Services
- Provide timely access to systems, tools, and accounts needed for integration
- Respond to requests for information or feedback within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you have the authority to grant access to any third-party tools or accounts
Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may affect delivery timelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomationSprint's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where necessary to deliver the Services or where required by law.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before work has commenced for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract, provided the Services have not been fully performed.
11. Third-Party Services
Our automations may integrate with third-party tools and platforms (e.g. Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of any third-party service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
